Journey

The journey includes a manager’s onboarding session, three live 3,5 hour team sessions where your team will work together to shape new habits; 3 voluntary and self-guided assess & adapt check-up talks with your team to promote on the job learning with the team, digital nudges (online articles) and 3 individual manager coaching sessions to to support managers in the development of their team’s new habits.

Live Team Sessions

During the live team sessions your team will focuses on key principles and capabilities that help boost energy and manage the teams’ boundaries better. These habits for alignment, connection and empowerment drive team energy and directly impact the personal energy resources of team members, namely purpose, growth, connection and autonomy

Assess and Adapt sessions

The Assess and Adapt session are voluntary, 1,5 hour sessions, guided by the team lead. The aim of the session is to assess the progress on the team experiment that the team has drafted in the team session and check if adjustments are needed.

Manager Coaching Sessions

Within the WQ Team Energy Program, the team manager plays a key role in facilitating team learning. After all, the team leader takes a proactive role not only during the training but also on the work floor, guiding the team in practicing and applying new capabilities. To support this, we offer coaching sessions before and after each training to help you step into this role effectively.

Tips & tools

Learning and growth eventually occur in real life, on the work floor. To support your team’s learning journey in the workplace we offer insights, knowledge and a structured approach to progress in learning and growth.
