In this session, the team explores how responsibilities, decision-making, and accountability are currently handled, and where adjustments could increase effectiveness. Using real situations from daily work, the team builds practical strategies to strengthen ownership while staying aligned and resilient.
In the Empower session, your team will:
- Explore key drivers of empowerment (such as autonomy, competence, psychological safety, and clear boundaries)
- Identify where empowerment can be strengthened within the team
- Translate insights into practical agreements
- Co-create a team experiment to test new ways of working
By the end of the session, the team will:
- Have concrete strategies to strengthen empowerment in daily work
- Share clearer expectations around ownership and decision-making
- Commit to an experiment that supports confident action and accountability
