Alignment starts with clarity: shared priorities, clear goals, and a common understanding of what truly matters. Yet real alignment goes beyond what a team works on—it also includes how people work together. This becomes especially important when priorities shift, pressure increases, or boundaries are tested.
In this session, the team works on both sides of alignment: direction and collaboration. Together, you make explicit choices about priorities, expectations, and ways of working—creating a foundation that supports focus, accountability, and adaptability in day-to-day operations.
In the Align session, your team will:
- Clarify the team’s purpose, identity, and key stakeholders
- Align on annual goals, priorities, and boundaries
- Define shared guidelines for how the team wants to work together
- Design a team habit to strengthen alignment and boundary management
By the end of the session, the team will:
- Have a clear and shared view of priorities and goals
- Understand mutual expectations for collaboration
- Be better equipped to manage team and individual boundaries
- Feel more connected to the impact and meaning of their work
